IIT JAM (Joint Admission Test for Masters)
IIT JAM is the main route into M.Sc and integrated PhD programmes at the IITs and IISc, and its scores are used by NITs and other centrally funded institutes too. It is the natural next step for B.Sc students aiming for research or advanced science careers.

About the exam
